Great success – two JSR author workshops at Frontiers Conference

| 0 Comments The special issue for Smart Service Failure-Recovery and Human-Robot Interactions in Service had pre-conference author workshops at the 2023 Frontiers in Service Conference in Maastricht, the Netherlands (June 15, 2023). The overall objective of these workshops was to help participants to discuss and refine their original work and create opportunities for interested authors to exchange ideas, provide feedback, and learn from each other.
