- 2022 Web of Science IF = 12.4 (2021 = 10.05)
- 2022 Scopus CiteScore = 17.2 (2021 CiteScore = 16.3)
- 1st among service journals
- 4th among marketing journals
- 5th (top I%) out of 1,415 Sociology and Political Science journals
- 3rd out of 226 Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management journals
- 16th out of 379 Information Systems journals
